- Both male and female candidates are entering the venue.
- Only the card holders are participating in the venue of the event.

- Candidates are permanent citizens of the Baroda.
- There are only online registrations for UWB Garba nights.

- Only one person buys only one ticket.
- For male and female participants there are different registrations and different ticket prices.
- The ticket price is not refundable.
- All the harmful things are not allowed in the venue.
- A participant carries their ID proof with them.
Dress Code For UWB Garba
There are dress codes so participants come inside the venue by following the dress code for the males and females there are different dress code. Female candidates wear Chaniya Choli and male candidates wear Kutras and Pathani Kutras. Both participants followed all the terms and conditions at the venue.

The ticket booking process is done by online registration. for the male and female candidates registration process are same:-
- Firstly visit the official website unitedwaybaroda.org.
- After that select your category for registration i.e. male and female registration.
- Registration form is open and enter the required details mobile number, name address, city, state, and age.
- After that also upload your ID prod and one passport-size photograph.
- Now pay online for the ticket by online way.
- After the payment click on the submit option.
- After this process, you can get the entry ticket by courier that is sent to your registered address.
United Way of Baroda Garba Ticket Booking
The candidates who do not live in Baroda will also get the entry pass. For that, they can collect the passes from the United Way of Baroda AFRE office between 4 pm to 8:00 pm. While visiting the office they can carry their ID proof with them.
