NBCC Housing Scheme Latest News
The Supreme Court of India directed the NBCC to submit their proposal for unused floor area and the Ratio of the total construction of the floor area and also Land area in March 2023. So after all the FAR allowed NBCC to construct the new house on the unused land with their project. So now these 5 projects are going to be built in Greater Noida. The total land that is going to be used for the new housing project is about 305.59 Acres.
