| Singers Category | In this category, the selection will be conducted for singers dancers and original songs without any instrument or microphone. Anyone who wants to give an audition has to sing in his RAW voice. So if you are a singer dancer then you can participate in this category. |

- After downloading this application form you have to fill in all the necessary details.
- In the application form, you have to fill in details like your name, date of birth, address, phone number and your working email ID.
- In your personal details action, you have to submit your occupation details, height and weight, blood group type, your hobbies and talent as well as the activity and awards you get.
