BPL Plot Scheme In Haryana 2024

The Haryana Government, provide the BPL Families plots of 100 Sq. Yards under the Mukhyamantri Gramin Awas Yojana. The total beneficiaries who are going to get the benefit of this scheme are more than 7500 BPL families of the state.

The beneficiaries who already completed the online registration for the plots will get the possession certificate on the spot. No matter which location in Haryana the plot is available, you will receive the Possession certificate of the plots on the spot.

The main motive of this scheme is to provide houses to all under the Housing for All scheme as the same be part of the centre and state government. Apart from the possession of the plots, the other beneficiaries who are pending for this scheme i.e. more than 12,500 will get the financial assistance of Rs.1 Lakh per persons to purchase the plots. The identification of the true beneficiaries can be made by the government through the Survey.

हाल ही में हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा राज्य में गरीबी रेखा के नीचे रहने वाले लोगों के लिए बीपीएल प्लाट स्कीम योजना लाने की तैयारी की जा रही है. इस योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य राज्य में रहने वाले बीपीएल परिवारों को अपने घर देना है जिससे कि वह अपना जीवन यापन आसानी से कर सके. राज्य सरकारी पहले भी गरीबी रेखा के नीचे रहने वाली परिवारों के लिए बहुत सी योजनाएं लेकर आती रही है.

BPL Plots Scheme Possession Certificate

Now the government of Haryana already identified the 7500 BPL families as the beneficiaries of this scheme. So the Haryana Government now issue the plot possession certificates to the identified BPL Families. The same possession certificate of the plots can be given by the Chief Minister of Haryana Mr. Nayab Singh Saini.

As per the state given by the CM of the state, from very previous time, the BPL families get the promise of 100 Yards plots but they all are cheated and there is no registration or possession of the land has been done in their name.

The allocation of the plots and registries event going to take place in various locations of the Haryana state.

Features of BPL 7,500 Plot Scheme Possession Certificate

As there are so many applicants who already complete the registration but as per the government policy the 7500 BPL families are identified as the beneficiaries who need the plots through the survey.
Now on the same date, these all families will get the possession certificate of the plots at different locations of Haryana given by the government of Haryana.
The possession certificate of the BPL Plots scheme can be given on the spot.
Now apart from the above beneficiaries, the government also decided to provide financial help to the rest of the beneficiaries who are enable to purchase plots of Rs.1 Lakhs per person.
To give this amount of Rs.1 Lakh to each person, the government need a financial budget of RS.376 Crore.
To run this scheme smoothly in the state more than Rs.552 Crore rupees has been spent under the same scheme.
Apart from that, the 15,356 houses are also under construction which will also given to the beneficiaries soon and they will get the keys to the houses.
The state government of Haryana also provided financial help to the 2,138 beneficiaries to repair their old houses under the BR Ambedkar Awas Navinikaran Yojana and the amount was directly credited to their bank account.

Eligibility Criteria For the BPL Plots Scheme

All the candidates who belong to the BPL families of the Haryana state.
The applicant, spouse or any of the other members of their houses don’t have any kind of house or land or any of the flats in any of the colonies, or towns of the City of the Haryana State.
You must be an Indian Citizen to become the beneficiary of the scheme.
The age of the applicant at the time of application must be above 18 years old.
Only one family member can apply for the scheme.

First of all, you need to open the Haryana Housing Board’s official website. Then you will see the home page of the website open in front of you.
Here on the home page of the portal, you have to click on the link of Booking Open and then you will be redirected to the new page.
Here again, click on the link of Register and then the Registration Form open in front of you.
After all, you have to fill in the details which are required and basic information of the applicant. Then have to create the email ID and password to sign up again to the account.
