- You must be a resident of the Punjab and also shown in the record of CNIC.
- The applicant’s family must be recorded in the NADRA record.
- All applicants who are going to apply for this scheme will have 1 to 5 Marls Land in their name if they belong to the Urban area.
- On the other hand, if any of the Applicants who belong to the Rural area will have 1 to 10 Marls land in their Name then they can apply for a loan.
- There is no criminal record in the name of the applicant.
- You are not taking any benefit of any of the housing schemes or taking any kind of loan related to any of the financial institutions or banks.
